Estudie Psicología en la Universidad del País Vasco. Continúe mi formación en Madrid estudiando el Master en Psicología Oncológica lo que me llevó a dedicar los siguientes años al trabajo con enfermos oncológicos y sus familiares en Hospitales como el Universitario 12 de Octubre de Madrid con un contrato de Prácticas o el Universitario de Donostia en la AECC (Asociación española contra el Cancer). Me formé en Terapia Gestalt en el CPHB y aquí sigo desde 2003, acumulando ya 10 años de experiencia en consulta. Además tengo formación en Terapia Infantil y soy Experta en Duelo (Universidad de BarcelonaIPIR), especialidad que me apasiona desde siempre. Actualmente además de mi trabajo en consulta colaboro como terapeuta con la Asociación BiziBide (Asociación Gipuzkoana de Fibromialgia y Astenia Crónica) y soy miembro del GIPEC (Grupo de Intervención Psicológica en Emergencias y Catástrofes) del Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Gipuzkoa.
