Talleres Exploratorios sobre la Vergüenza (NAIZ Psicoterapia Gestalt)

Desde NAIZ (Gasteiz) nos proponen un interesante taller grupal en el que se explorará la vergüenza desde un enfoque Gestalt. Os dejamos la información para cualquier persona interesada:

Se propone una aproximación al afecto limitante que supone la vergüenza, desde un enfoque gestáltico. Una experiencia grupal encaminada a reconocer y hermanarse con esta vivencia. No se trata de vencerla o pretender que desaparezca. Consiste más bien en asumirla y aprender a vivir con ella, a quererse con ella. Para ello exploraremos sus orígenes y lo que para cada uno de los participantes significa. El grupo nos permitirá, con sus múltiples espejos, avanzar a lugares de comprensión muy difícilmente alcanzables en un proceso de crecimiento personal individual.

Imparte el taller: Jordi Luis Soliva Domínguez, licenciado en Psicología en la
Universidad de La Habana. Formado en Psicoterapia Gestalt en la E.M.T.G, Psicoterapia Integrativa en El I.P.T.G.E de Alicante, Proceso SAT con Claudio Naranjo, miembro del equipo CIPARH y docente en distintas escuelas de psicoterapia Gestalt.

Los talleres se realizarán los fines de semana del 25/02/17 y 18/03/17 entre sábado mañana y tarde y domingo mañana.

Precio talleres: 100€ fin de semana
