Llevo trabajando 35 años como terapeuta individual y grupal. De ellos los últimos 25 también como docente. Actualmente trabajo como psicoterapeuta y didacta en la formación de Gestalt en el CPH Bidean de San Sebastián y facilito grupos de desarrollo personal en el Instituto Shehinah de la Ciudad de México. En esta larga y rica trayectoria personal y profesional me he formado en Gestalt, Eneagrama, trabajo Neo-reichiano, hipnosis Ericksoniana, musicoterapia y psiconeuroinmunologia. Y sigo considerando que lo que más me ha formado e influido han sido tantas horas de “sentada” disponible y presente para el encuentro y tantos pacientes y alumnos con los que ese misterio del dialogo ha sucedido. Sigo conservando la ilusión de ser una “eterna aprendiz” de la psicoterapia y me intereso por la ideas innovadoras de mi profesión cuando están en la línea de abandonar certezas teóricas y actitudes autoritarias y cuando están a favor de que el encuentro terapéutico sea respetuoso y autentico.
